Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Saint Cloud, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
Our Flat Roof Repair technicians are trained specifically on membrane systems, not general shingle repair applied to a low-slope roof.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.
Membrane Flat Roof Repair credentials cover commercial licensing requirements across Saint Cloud, MN.
Local Saint Cloud dispatch minimizes business disruption with scheduling around your operating hours.
No surprise costs once we're already on the roof mid-repair.
Hot-air welding equipment ensures a proper bond on every TPO Flat Roof Repair repair.
Flat roof issues cover a specific range of membrane and drainage problems — here's our Flat Roof Repair scope.
TPO seam separation gets properly heat-welded, not just caulked over as a temporary fix.
We identify the membrane type first, since EPDM and TPO repairs use different adhesive systems.
We identify why water is pooling — often a low spot or blocked drain — before recommending a solution.
We assess whether a modified bitumen repair needs a patch or a full section replacement.
We clear and repair drains and scuppers as part of a full Flat Roof Repair visit.
Rooftop HVAC units and their curbs are a frequent source of Saint Cloud commercial roof leaks that general roofers often overlook.
Commercial Flat Roof Repair visits are scheduled around your operating hours whenever the situation allows.
On-site assessment identifies the membrane type and the actual cause of the issue.
Drainage and ponding issues are assessed alongside any visible membrane damage.
Repairs are completed using membrane-appropriate technique, then tested before we consider the job done.
Ponding water on our building had been an issue for years until they actually fixed the drainage instead of just patching around it.
